Donna Raidy, our Director of Case Management, manages our matches in Orange County, San Diego and the Inland Empire. She also facilitates matches with our international egg donor recipients. Donna comes to us with over 20 years experience in business management. Donna has been a long time advocate for children’s rights and volunteers as a Court Appointed Special Advocate for children in the dependant care system. Donna’s love for family and children coupled with her extensive management experience is a unique blend that gives her the ability to compassionately guide intended parents and donors through the remarkable journey of egg donation.

Kelli Swan, our Senior Case Manager for Los Angeles, earned a B.A. in Psychology with a minor in Sociology from the University of Northern Colorado.  Kelli joins us from Colorado, bringing her education as well as her broad and extensive experience in the healthcare industry.  Kelli feels honored and fortunate to use the unique combination of her education and work experience to assist intended parents and donors through the egg donation process.

Arika Avedano, our Senior Case Manager for San Francisco, North Bay, Sacramento, and Nevada, has worked extensively in both the medical and third-party reproductive fields. She has experience assisting ovum donors, intended parents and surrogates in all capacities of the egg donation and surrogacy process. Arika's exceptional communication skills and commitment to professionalism guide our clients through the remarkable experience of egg donation and surrogacy with compassion and efficiency. Arika feels privileged to unite donors with intended parents and assist in the beautiful process of building a family.
