Dedicated Case Managers
The Case Managers at The Donor SOURCE are dedicated to assisting with donor matches and coordinating smooth cycles. Having experienced Case Managers that are passionate about helping donors, recipients and IVF centers makes a significant difference - particularly due to the sensitive timing surrounding fertility treatments. We are thankful for their hard work and commitment every day!

"I am always available at night and on the weekends. I think this makes a huge difference as this is when couples have time to talk without being heard by a co-worker. I doubt you will find other agencies talking to their IP's at midnight. I do and often :)"

"When a center had just hired a new donor coordinator I helped her understand the screening process and explained what needed to be done to prepare for a donor cycle. Working together as a team is so important throughout the egg donation process. I work hard to make sure everyone is on the same page."

"I am notorious for driving around the Bay Area to drop off/pick up contracts. This helps to ensure that a match is complete and saves valuable time."

"I had an intended parent that wanted DNA testing for two donors prior to matching, to get more evidence of the donors' family history. The donors were kind enough to comply with the request, so I ordered test kits and coordinated an anonymous DNA testing. I'm glad to say the results came back great and the match was made. In fact, the intended parents are now pursuing a second child with us!"

"I went out to Texas with just one days notice to facilitate an IP-Donor meeting. It was 100+ degrees even at 9pm... but it was worth it :)"

"One of my local donors was in Florida celebrating her birthday. She called me at 3:30pm on Cycle day 3 to let me know there was no way she could have her blood work done while in Florida. This would push back the process another month! I identified a monitoring site very close to where the donor was staying, scheduled a blood test and had them waiting for her when she arrived. Everything was completed that day. The recipient parents were so appreciative of the efforts made and they went on to have healthy twin boys! "

"I have stepped in to be the companion for a retrieval when last minute complications have occurred with the original companion. I am always there for my donors."
