Each of our egg donors are carefully counseled as to her
roles and obligations as an egg donor and screened in
many different areas. The donors who choose to work through
The Donor SOURCE are personally interviewed and thoroughly
informed of the processes, both medical and legal, that
are required of this commitment before proceeding. There
are many issues to consider for all parties concerned,
and it is our role to make these issues and their potential
conclusions as clear as possible.
The egg donation process and those who choose to take
part in it are directly responsible for countless happy
endings; however taking those first few steps can sometimes
be daunting. We want you to know that we are here to answer
any questions you have, and more importantly, to listen.

Missi Manning, our Case Manager for NW Region (Washington, Oregon, Idaho, etc) and SW Region (Arizona, Colorado, Utah, etc), has been working for The Donor SOURCE since 2006 while earning her bachelor's degree in Business from California State University, Fullerton. She comes to us with a strong customer service background and says she is honored to be able to help couples with their journey towards a beautiful family. Missi started with The Donor SOURCE as an admin assistant, and now works with our egg donors and intended parents to ensure that all medical and legal protocols are satisfied before any retrieval occurs, as well as provide the compassion and support needed through this very emotional process.
