An approximation of the costs associated with selecting a donor through The Donor SOURCE of New England's program are as follows:

• Administrative Fees: We manage three types of donor cycles. The administrative fee for your cycle will be based on the location of your chosen donor with respect to your clinic’s location.
  • Standard Donor Cycle - $5250: This administrative fee applies when you choose a donor who is local to your clinic, or one of your clinic’s satellite offices, and is able to attend all monitoring appointments at your clinic.
  • Remote Donor Cycle Level 1 - $5750: This administrative fee applies when you choose a donor who is NOT local to your clinic and is unable to attend all monitoring appointments at your clinic. We will facilitate her monitoring appointments at a fertility clinic closer to her home location.
    *Please note that the cost of the additional monitoring appointments is not included in this administrative fee. You will be billed separately for the cost of the appointments and the labs.
  • Remote Donor Cycle Level 2 - $6150: This administrative fee applies when you choose a donor who lives more than 200 miles from your clinic. We will facilitate her travel to your clinic for her medical evaluation, her monitoring appointments at a fertility clinic closer to her home location, and her travel (with a companion) to your clinic for her final phase of monitoring and egg retrieval.
    *Please note that the cost of the additional monitoring appointments or travel costs is not included in this administrative fee. You will be billed separately for the cost of the appointments, labs and travel.
• $400 donor psychological evaluation (* N/A for clinics requiring in-house psychological evaluations.) 
• $400 donor legal consultation
• $750-$1000 legal agreement (paid directly by Intended Parents to their selected reproductive attorney to draft/negotiate legal agreement with donor: fees may vary by attorney)
• $180 - $300 egg donor insurance (depending on geographical location)
• $500 supplemental fee for all international clients
• $5000 - $10,000 donor fees (approximate range; fees vary by donor; see individual donor profiles for requested fee)
• $500 - $5000 donor expenses (this is a variable cost, depending upon the location of your selected donor and other factors)
• $100 optional gift for egg donor (flowers or gift certificate)

Note: Please be aware that the fees and costs above reflect only those associated with our donor program. Additional costs, such as medical screening through your clinic, medications and other medical services are not included in this estimation. Please contact your clinic for an estimate of these costs.
