Donna Raidy is our Director of Case Management. She facilitates matches with our international egg donor recipients. Donna comes to us with over 20 years experience in business management. Donna has been a long time advocate for children’s rights and volunteers as a Court Appointed Special Advocate for children in the dependant care system. Donna’s love for family and children coupled with her extensive management experience is a unique blend that gives her the ability to compassionately guide intended parents and donors through this remarkable journey. Sheryl Steinberg, our Senior Case Manager for New England (Massachusetts, Connecticut, etc), has over 10 years of experience in the education field. She most recently served as a liaison assisting an international clientele from over 30 countries with every facet of their transition to living and studying in the US. Her background in project management along with her experience as a facilitator, advocate, cultural guide, and “stand-in” mother to those young students leaving their families to study abroad makes Sheryl the perfect person to guide prospective donors and parents through the donation and matching process. Shelli DiCioccio, LCSW, our New York and New Jersey case manager, has over 25 years experience in the healthcare field, including, hospitals, clinics, and consultant to a wide range of clients. Her clinical expertise, working with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, makes Shelli the right person to assist prospective donors and parents through the donation matching process. Jamie Williams, Surrogate Program Director, has extensive knowledge in the field of third-party reproduction with an emphasis on Surrogacy case management. This, combined with first-hand experience as a gestational carrier herself has resulted in a uniquely qualified, highly dedicated and compassionate individual to serve the growing needs of our clients.
In addition to directing the overall Surrogacy program, Jamie remains committed to managing cases and staying pro-active throughout the entire process. Susan has over 12 years experience in the fertility field, both on the physician practice and the egg donation / surrogacy realms. Her dedication to providing assistance with open and clear communication to all parties in the egg donation process helps both intended parents and donors feel at ease as they embark on their journey through this wonderful, and at times, challenging experience.
